- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Guide and mentor interdisciplinary teams

- Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the hospice program
- RN with active Oklahoma license
- Hospice leadership experience (DCS/DON level preferred)
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
- A leader who is both clinically sharp and people-focused
- Passion for end-of-life care and team development
