Compensation
- $90,000 (based on experience)

- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Guide and support interdisciplinary team members
- Drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Partner with leadership to support program growth and performance
- Ensure excellence in patient care, documentation, and service delivery
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Hospice leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain clinical teams
- Organized, accountable, and solutions-driven
- Passion for delivering compassionate end-of-life care
