Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Health Care Services (DHCS) to join our team in SE Houston. As the Director of Health Care Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our healthcare services, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary in the healthcare/medical field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all healthcare services provided by Interim HealthCare in SE Houston
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, and aides
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations
- Monitor patient care and ensure the highest level of quality and safety
- Conduct staff training and evaluate performance
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient care and outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration- Active TX RN License Required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems- Oasis Preferred or Axxess
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
