This role is responsible for coordinating truck transportation capacity, supporting order fulfillment and delivery commitments, maintaining freight rates and vendor data, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and transportation partners.

- Coordinate truck transportation capacity to support order fulfillment and on‑time deliveries, working closely with the Manager, Truck Logistics and transportation partners.
- Manage freight rates and logistics data, including maintaining rates, vendors, customer ship‑to details, and forecasts within ERP and sales quoting systems.
- Support internal stakeholders and customers by communicating equipment availability, resolving transportation issues or delays, and providing freight input for sales inquiries.
- Ensure freight accuracy and efficiency by negotiating rates where required, processing freight payables, resolving billing issues, and supporting quality delivery initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of truck logistics experience
- Strong communicator and problem solver with a customer‑focused mindset, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and service providers to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Highly organized and analytical, able to manage multiple priorities, work accurately under tight deadlines, and stay detail‑focused in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
- Comfortable using TMS, ERP and MS Office
