We are rapidly expanding into additional verticals and markets across the U.S., with a local-first focus and a nationwide growth plan. We are building the next phase of our sales organization and are looking for a strong revenue leader who can help shape structure, improve execution, and accelerate growth.
We are seeking a VP / Head of Sales who can help architect and scale IHI’s sales function across direct and channel-led motions. This role is for someone who can build process, coach talent, improve accountability, and personally help close strategic opportunities.
This is a commission-based leadership opportunity for someone who wants meaningful upside, broad influence, and the chance to help build a national sales organization around high-value technology services and solutions.
- Help define and lead IHI’s sales strategy across local and national markets
- Build stronger sales operating rhythm, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline discipline
- Improve targeting, vertical strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Help recruit, shape, and support inside sales, channel, and contractor sales talent
- Personally support or lead strategic opportunities and key enterprise pursuits
- Coordinate with leadership on pricing, pursuit strategy, market expansion, and sales priorities
- Improve sales accountability, CRM discipline, and overall execution standards
- Help expand IHI’s footprint through direct and partner-led revenue motions
- Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue growth within technology, consulting, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services
- Ability to operate as both strategist and closer
- Strong command of pipeline management, opportunity development, and sales process
- Experience helping build or improve sales structure and accountability
- Strong communication, leadership presence, and execution focus
- Comfortable working in a growth-stage environment with high autonomy and high upside
- Experience leading or shaping multi-role sales organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise and public sector sales
- Experience with channel, alliance, or referral-led sales motions
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Strong commission upside in a growing company

- Ability to influence growth across verticals, geographies, and partner ecosystems
- High performers may be considered for stock option participation after 6 months, subject to performance, role scope, and company approval
- This is a commission-based role designed for senior sales leaders who want meaningful upside tied directly to revenue impact, organizational contribution, and strategic growth execution. Compensation structure and commission details will be discussed during the interview process and aligned to role scope and level of contribution.
