We are rapidly expanding into additional verticals and markets across the U.S., with a local-first focus and a nationwide growth plan. We are building a high-performance sales organization and are looking for a Sales Manager who can both drive revenue and help build stronger sales discipline, execution, and accountability.
We are seeking a Sales Manager who can help manage pipeline execution, improve sales rhythm, support sales reps, and contribute directly to revenue generation. This is a strong fit for someone who can operate as a player-coach: someone who can help lead activity, improve consistency, and still participate directly in selling.
This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants meaningful upside, leadership exposure, and the chance to help shape a growing national sales motion.
- Help manage and improve day-to-day sales activity across inbound and outbound efforts
- Support pipeline discipline, follow-up cadence, and CRM accountability
- Coach and support inside sales reps, trainees, or contractor sales reps
- Participate directly in larger or more strategic opportunities
- Help refine messaging, targeting, and outreach by vertical, geography, and channel
- Coordinate with leadership on sales priorities, proposals, pricing, and pursuit strategy
- Track sales activity, meetings, opportunities, and deal movement weekly
- Help strengthen sales reporting, process consistency, and execution standards
- Support a local-first strategy while helping expand into broader national markets
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales coordination in technology, consulting, SaaS, or professional services
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable leading activity while also staying hands-on
- Strong CRM habits and pipeline management mindset
- Organized, accountable, and execution-focused
- Able to work well in a growing company where process is still being built and refined
- Experience coaching or managing reps, contractors, or junior sales resources
- Familiarity with AI, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, digital transformation, or consulting services
- Experience with partner-led, channel-led, or enterprise selling
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Strong commission upside in a growing company
