What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter (Mental Health recruiting experience is a plus!) position at Interdynamics Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
- Ability to manage placement of candidates for 5-10 requisitions at a time
- Ability to work on projects with short timelines - Must adhere to productivity demands
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing to offers
- Salary negotiations and review of employment terms with selected candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
Experience:
- Skilled recruiting experience in Behavioral Health
- Strong negotiation skills to leverage competitive offers
- Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes
