Our client is building a scalable, modern technology platform to support rapid growth through acquisition and is hiring a Mergers & Acquisition Lead - Technical Integration Specialist to own the end-to-end technology strategy for M&A initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and operations. You’ll be responsible for evaluating incoming firms, shaping integration strategy, and leading execution to bring new organizations onto a unified, secure, and high-performing technology platform. You will serve as the technology owner for post-acquisition integration and vendor rationalization efforts.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, assessing risk, complexity, and integration readiness
- Design integration blueprints and migration strategies for newly acquired firms
- Partner with business, product, and operations leaders to sequence and execute integration plans
- Review vendor ecosystems, contracts, licensing models, and infrastructure to optimize cost and reduce redundancy
- Own the evolution of the investor digital platform roadmap and ensure alignment to business priorities
- Select, integrate, and govern third-party platforms and tools across the enterprise ecosystem
- Ensure all integrations meet scalability, performance, and security standards
- Build and manage strategic vendor relationships, including renewals, negotiations, and performance reviews
- Create structured onboarding experiences for new advisors and investors joining the platform
- Use data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product adoption and experience
- Define success metrics for platform adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in product, platform, or technical delivery leadership roles
- Experience working on complex system integrations, platform consolidation, or M&A technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and modern integration platforms
- Strong product mindset with experience delivering digital, user-facing platforms
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Proven stakeholder influence across technical and non-technical teams
