About the Role
The IT Project Coordinator (AI-Focus) is a hands-on technical role where you’ll do much more than manage timelines; you will actively contribute to how our solutions are designed, built, and delivered.
In this role, you will drive cutting-edge AI initiatives, collaborating directly alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft. You will bridge the gap between our client delivery teams and these premier AI organizations—coordinating scope, schedule, and technical communications while actively participating in architecture and implementation reviews.
- Location: Hybrid (Miami, FL)
- Portfolio Focus: Enterprise AI, Data Governance, Microsoft 365, and Multi-Cloud Platforms.
What You’ll Work On
- AI & Automation: Enterprise AI rollouts, AI-assisted workflow pilots, agentic automation, and governance-led enablement built on leading LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot).
- Data Governance: Security/compliance controls, information protection, analytics/BI enablement (e.g., Power BI), and data access governance.
- Microsoft Technologies: Advanced Microsoft 365 deployments, Active Directory, Teams, Exchange, Purview, Fabric and productivity ecosystems.
- Cloud-Based Solutions: Infrastructure and application deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Partner-Integrated Delivery: Manage joint project milestones, dependencies, and timelines between client engineering teams and tier-one technology partner SMEs.
- Get Hands-On with Tech: Participate directly in co-architecture and design sessions with partner and client engineers, help build technical implementation plans (runbooks, cutover steps, deployment checklists), and support execution.
- Own Project Governance: Rigorously track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID); manage vendor/partner escalation channels; and drive mitigations to closure.
- Coordinate ITIL-Aligned Change: Prepare CAB-ready change records, manage vendor/partner handoffs, and support complex cutover planning.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 years of experience coordinating or contributing to complex projects within a corporate IT environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical baseline; you are comfortable sitting in a room with top-tier AI architecture groups and translating technical design into clear delivery steps.
- Communication Mastery: Polished, executive-level verbal and written skills with a proven ability to distill complex technical topics into concise summaries for everyone from engineers to senior leadership.
- Methodology: Exposure to ITIL frameworks, modern change management, and structured deployment runbooks.
