Job Title: Shipping & Dock Coordinator (Bilingual)
Location: San Clemente, CA
Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Shipping & Dock Coordinator! In this role, you will manage truck drivers, oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, and keep operations moving smoothly at a busy warehouse dock. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. If you have experience handling priority shipments, operating electric pallet jacks, and coordinating freight movement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate truck drivers with incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Oversee dock operations and prioritize shipments efficiently.
• Operate electric pallet jacks & sit-down forklifts.
• Ensure correct labeling, paperwork, and order accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and organized dock area.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
✅ Electric pallet jack & sit-down forklift certification
✅ 2 years of shipping/receiving, logistics, or dock management experience
✅ Strong coordination & communication skills with truck drivers
