Inter-State Aviation is seeking a motivated and passionate Certified Flight Instructor
(CFII) to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of the Palouse region - where the
rolling hills of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho meet - our location offers not

our mission is to develop skilled, confident pilots while supporting our instructors in
advancing their own aviation careers.

excited to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for flight, while actively working toward
their next professional milestone in aviation.
Responsibilities
● Operate aircraft and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
● Keep aircraft in a clean state.
● Market, promote and sell flight instruction at Inter-State Aviation.
● Report all maintenance issues following company procedures.
● Report to Flight School Manager
Experience
● FAA current license for SEL
● FAA CFI and CFII
● Able to handle crosswinds and gusty weather
● Able to function in cold weather
● Cessna 152 and/or 172 experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
