Key Responsibilities for the Skid-Steer Operator:
- Operate Skid-Steer machinery safely and efficiently in a warehouse or yard environment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials or products as directed.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements for the Skid-Steer Operator:
- Experience: Proven experience operating Skid-Steer machinery.
- Language Skills: Good English proficiency for communication and understanding instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in outdoor/warehouse environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures related to skid steer operations.
- Schedule: Availability to work the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Dependability: Strong attendance record and punctuality.
