Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technical products, driving end-to-end roadmap development using customer-focused methodologies.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements that drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software products that meet customer and business objectives.
- Collaborate with UX, data engineering, and solution architecture teams to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows.
- Establish and refine mechanisms for collecting user feedback and performance data to improve product quality and user experience.
- Analyze emerging trends in security and loss prevention to inform long-term product strategy and innovation.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies to solve complex business challenges, enhance analytics, and automate key processes.
- Technical Product Development (5–8 years) – Proven success leading full lifecycle development of complex software products.
- AI / ML Product Integration (2–3 years) – Experience applying AI, ML, or agentic technologies to create intelligent, data-driven product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (5 years) – Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
