IntePros is seeking a Technical Product Manager IV to lead the development and delivery of innovative, highly scalable software solutions that enhance security, risk management, and operational resilience across global business environments. This role is ideal for a results-driven product leader with a passion for building technology that reduces complexity, mitigates risk, and improves customer experience through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product strategy, cloud-based software development, and AI-driven innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to define and execute a long-term roadmap that aligns with organizational strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver products that directly impact operational efficiency and business integrity while leveraging emerging technologies such as machine learning and agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of technical products, driving end-to-end roadmap development using customer-focused methodologies.
  • Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software products that meet customer and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX, data engineering, and solution architecture teams to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows.
  • Establish and refine mechanisms for collecting user feedback and performance data to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Analyze emerging trends in security and loss prevention to inform long-term product strategy and innovation.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies to solve complex business challenges, enhance analytics, and automate key processes.

  • Technical Product Development (5–8 years) – Proven success leading full lifecycle development of complex software products.
  • AI / ML Product Integration (2–3 years) – Experience applying AI, ML, or agentic technologies to create intelligent, data-driven product capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (5 years) – Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving (5 years) – Ability to ideate in ambiguous environments and deliver creative, customer-focused solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of modern web and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, think big, and simplify complex processes.
  • Proven experience creating structured mechanisms for documentation, product strategy, and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or risk management technologies.
  • Background in enterprise-scale or cloud-based software product management.
  • Experience leading AI/ML adoption initiatives to enhance product functionality or automation.
  • Previous experience in a large-scale, fast-paced technology organization is a plus.
