Design, build, and maintain metrics frameworks and reporting systems that support product and customer insights
Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from business leaders to investigate customer behavior and unusual usage patterns
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets
Apply data mining, modeling, and segmentation techniques to uncover meaningful patterns in customer behavior
Extract and analyze data from large-scale data warehouse systems to support decision-making
