Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reporting processes including WBRs, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Analyze overall business performance including revenue trends, operational metrics, and market/team performance
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and scalable reporting solutions
- Design and develop dashboards and data visualizations for business stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support data-driven decision making through analytics and reporting initiatives
- Contribute to process optimization and workflow improvements using data and automation tools
- Collaborative environment with frequent stakeholder and cross-functional interaction
- Strong partnership across business, analytics, and engineering teams

- Strong SQL and large dataset experience (4–5 years minimum)
