Insurance Compliance Analyst

Vendor Insurance Analyst Hybrid Schedule - 3 Days/Week onsite

We’re looking for a Vendor Insurance Analyst to support insurance compliance and vendor risk management activities for an assigned territory. This role works closely with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance representatives to review insurance documentation, ensure contractual compliance, and help manage risk across active projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in insurance, risk management, contractor compliance, or construction-related insurance review who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor and subcontractor insurance documents for compliance with contracts and company requirements
• Analyze liability and casualty insurance coverages related to construction and contractor activities
• Approve or deny insurance submissions based on coverage analysis and contractual requirements
• Work with project teams, vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers throughout the review process
• Maintain accurate records and tracking information across internal systems and databases
• Support ongoing monitoring and follow-up related to vendor compliance
  
  

Required Experience

• Experience in insurance, risk management, vendor compliance, or a related field
• Understanding of casualty and liability insurance coverages, ideally within construction or contractor environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
  
  

Nice to Have Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience reviewing COIs, contractor insurance requirements, or vendor compliance documentation
