Technical Program Manager (Transportation Tech / Risk & Audit)

Global Risk Audit Management – Transportation Tech is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead initiatives supporting risk management, audit, and monitoring tool adoption across global transportation, trade, and food safety technology platforms.

This role serves as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and highly reliable solutions. The TPM will manage end-to-end program execution, drive adoption of internal tools, and support automation initiatives including xBR automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs supporting risk management, audit, and monitoring tools
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders across multiple domains
• Define requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery plans for new features and automation initiatives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Provide escalation management and balance business needs with technical constraints
• Drive adoption of infrastructure and platform solutions across internal teams
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, or Technical Program Manager
• Proven track record delivering software products from concept through deployment
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, and AI-assisted development tools
• Strong communication and program management skills
