Responsible for supporting public relations and event-driven initiatives within a devices and services communications organization. This role combines project and program management with event coordination, focusing on the execution of large-scale, high-visibility events involving senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless execution of complex events. Success in this role depends on strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, project management, or public relations
  • Experience supporting large-scale events or communications initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Marketing, Events, or related field)

Team & Function Overview

  • Part of a public relations team supporting devices and services communications
  • Works closely with communications, product, and creative teams
  • Supports high-visibility initiatives tied to large-scale seasonal events
  • Role created to support increased demand during peak event periods

Core Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of large-scale, cross-device events
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks, including:
    • Venue scheduling
    • Attendee management
    • Executive meeting coordination
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including:
    • Devices and services communications
    • Device brand studio (creative team)
    • Product teams
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met across all event workstreams
  • Provide consistent follow-up and communication to ensure alignment
  • Support event-related planning, including hotel blocks and logistics coordination
Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours (9am–5pm)
  • Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required based on event schedules
  • Fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Collaborative work across communications, creative, and product teams

  • Experience in event management and coordination
