Our global biopharmaceutical client is seeking an LMS Administrator to support day-to-day learning operations within SAP SuccessFactors LMS. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely execution of Commercial training activities, improving learner experience, and maintaining high-quality learning data within a regulated environment. - Create, update, and maintain training items, curricula, and learning plans within SuccessFactors LMS
- Configure assignment profiles and manage learner audiences across Commercial teams
- Support course and session setup, including enrollments, completions, equivalencies, and approvals
- Process and track requests via ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar tools; escalate complex issues as needed
- Troubleshoot user access, assignment, and completion issues, providing clear guidance to stakeholders
- Generate compliance and completion reports; support data validation and analysis in Excel
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Commercial training requests
- Partner with Commercial Training leads to support rollout of new learning initiatives and curricula launches
- Communicate timelines, status updates, and impacts to ensure a consistent learner experience
- Adhere to SOPs, naming conventions, and LMS data standards
- Maintain job aids and documentation to support audit readiness and operational consistency
- Participate in working groups to share updates and identify process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of LMS administration or application support experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS required; exposure to Plateau LMS preferred
- Experience supporting learning in regulated or compliance-driven environments (GxP awareness a plus)
- Strong understanding of LMS reporting and data quality practices
- Experience with course/item setup and learning assignments in SuccessFactors
- Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues related to access, assignments, and completions
- Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication skills
- Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content standards (preferred)
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or SharePoint for request tracking
- Experience supporting distributed or field-based learner populations
