Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for event-based marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement
- Build and manage integrated campaign plans that align events with digital, content, and demand-generation activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including events, digital marketing, content, analytics, and customer experience
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, and execution frameworks to keep programs on track
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and adapt plans to keep delivery moving forward
- Drive continuous improvement in how event marketing programs are planned, executed, and reported
- Ensure programs are focused on impact and outcomes, not just activity
- Event Marketing (campaign-driven events, not logistics)
