Controls Engineer

Any of our client's location - Southwest US preferred (Hybrid - 4 Days/Week Onsite)

We're looking for a Facilities Engineer with strong BAS HVAC experience to support facilities projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead BAS projects from design through installation, commissioning & optimization
  • Manage contractors, vendors, budgets and project milestones
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and building systems
  • Support BAS upgrades, standards and continuous improvement
  • Train facilities/maintenance teams and document work in CMMS
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years experience with BAS, HVAC and building systems
  • BAS design, installation and commissioning experience
  • Strong mechanical systems knowledge
Bonus: Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, BACnet/ModbLonWorks, CMMS or EPA Universal Certification.
