TITLE: Inside Sales Rep.
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Drive sales growth and market expansion by business development, product commercialization, and collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with engineering background
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to support business development.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to align production schedules, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product development, product improvements, and commercialization.
- Communicate customer forecasts, demand changes, and special requirements to manufacturing for effective production planning.
- Support product launches, customer trials, and qualification programs by coordinating technical and manufacturing resources.
- Resolve production and supply issues through cross-functional collaboration to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer expectations are translated into manufacturing specifications while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Provide market feedback to manufacturing to improve product performance, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize inventory levels, production capacity, and supply chain responsiveness.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
