TITLE: TN - Shipping Coordinator (2nd) POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the verification and quality control of outbound materials. The Shipping Coordinator will ensure that all paperwork is correct by physical inspection of materials. This position requires constant walking throughout the warehouse during all weather conditions, both hot and cold. Shipping coordinators act as a final checkpoint for our orders and play a pivotal role in managing timely delivery to our customers.

Proficiency in SAP is preferred as daily use of SAP may be required in this position.

Monitor the completion of outbound shipments Review opportunities for consolidation of pallets on a shipment Verify/audit accuracy of staged orders prior to releasing orders for loading/shipment Print shipping labels and affix them to their respective pallets Print packing lists and affix them to their respective shipments Enter various data related to shipping documents into the automated Warehouse Management System (WMS)
