Master's degree (MBA or Engineering) is a plus.-
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or PMP are preferred.-
Experience with statistical analysis and data tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SQL, Excel).-
Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems -
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.-
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**-
Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement projects.-
Analyze performance data and recommend optimization strategies.-
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).-
Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process audits.-
Support HQ Administration team for daily operation** ****WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:**-
