DSP Supervisor – Build Something That Grows With You
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
90-Day Increase: $17.00/hour (based on successful performance review)

What You'll Do
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Ensure quality services are delivered to the individuals we support
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage
- Train, coach, and mentor new team members
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Help maintain compliance with agency policies and Ohio DODD requirements
- Problem-solve in the field while maintaining professionalism
- Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
- Lead by example every single day

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous DSP experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Current Medication Administration Certification (or ability to obtain if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Ability to meet all Ohio DODD employment requirements
