We are seeking a a Fragrance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should know about different fragrances and notes and should have a passion for fragrances. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with sales transactions using a cash register
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
**Requirements:**
- Passionate about fragrances
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with conducting product demos is a plus
