Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage high-quality digital content including articles, blog posts, videos, social media updates, white papers, and email campaigns aligned with the company's content marketing strategy.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing software to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Manage website content using WordPress or other content management systems; ensure website updates are accurate, timely, and optimized for SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
• Analyze marketing online analytics using Google Analytics and other web analytics reporting tools to assess content performance and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams, designers, developers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms while tailoring messaging for target audiences on social media marketing campaigns.
• Implement marketing automation tools for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing efforts; monitor campaign metrics to enhance engagement.
• Apply web analytics reporting to measure content effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for ongoing content performance optimization.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product descriptions, promotional banners, and engaging visual content that enhance user experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through various formats such as written articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator), WordPress or similar CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics preferred.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and website management best practices.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms for tracking performance metrics and generating reports.
• Strong editing skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for social media marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including email marketing automation, content marketing strategy development, and B2B marketing approaches.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
