Responsibilities:
- Implement best practice nursing care in post-acute residents
- Monitor conditions and provide updates to the nursing team
- Measure and document vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Promote a clean and safe environment
- Transport residents and build trusting relationships
- Bridge communications between staff, residents, and family members
Requirements:
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Lifting ability: at least 50 lbs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures

Salary : $32,000 - $40,800
