STNA Job Highlights:
As an STNA, you’ll provide direct and indirect care to residents under the guidance of an RN or LPN. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Essential Duties:
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
- Maintain accurate records of care and report progress or concerns
- Follow facility procedures for admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid STNA certification in Ohio
