STNA Job Highlights:
As an STNA, you’ll provide direct and indirect care to residents under the guidance of an RN or LPN. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Essential Duties:
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.)
Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care
Provide emotional support to residents and families
Maintain accurate records of care and report progress or concerns
Follow facility procedures for admissions, discharges, and transfers
Perform other tasks as assigned
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid STNA certification in Ohio
