Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team on-site in Loveland, CO. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for detail design of machine systems and subsystems, coordination with internal and external suppliers, and working with internal teams to build and test equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
- Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software tools
- Strong skills in Project Management and ability to lead complex initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with vacuum coating processes or related manufacturing industries is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience in an engineering role, with a track record of successfully completing complex projects.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in mechanical system design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
