Senior Production Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)
- 5 years of Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Experience supporting GPU workloads, AI infrastructure, HPC environments, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Programming or scripting experience in Go, Python, C, or C .
- Experience with incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), SLIs/SLOs, and production reliability.
- Strong understanding of compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and distributed systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills.
- Kubernetes at scale.
- AI/GPU cloud or HPC infrastructure.
- Self-healing infrastructure and automated remediation.
- Disaster recovery and operational readiness.
- ITIL/SRE best practices.
- Change management and operational excellence.
