Job Title: Product Lifecycle Analyst (PLM)
Location: Onsite Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking a Product Lifecycle Analyst (PLM) to support end-to-end product lifecycle operations for hardware and technology products, including wearables, consumer electronics, accessories, and service offerings.
This role partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program teams to ensure accurate product data management, efficient change control processes, and seamless product launches from concept through production and sustaining phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product lifecycle data across concept, prototype, NPI, and sustaining phases
- Gather and coordinate inputs for part attribution, drawings, and documentation
- Create and maintain: Manufacturer parts, Vendor parts and Internal business part numbers
- Build and release complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) (electrical, mechanical, and system-level)
- Drive Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, non-revision changes, and stop-ship actions
- Support logistics and asset tracking with part numbering and prototype shipping requirements
- Partner with Supply Chain and Production to ensure correct product configurations for planning and fulfillment
- Recommend and enforce best practices for change management and documentation
- Provide end-user support and PLM system troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in a high-tech environment
- Hands-on experience with at least one PLM system: Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM and Arena PLM
- Strong experience managing: BOM structures, Part creation and classification, Change management workflows (ECO/ECR)
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NX (Siemens CAD)
- Experience with Cadence / Allegro (PCB tools)
- Exposure to hardware or consumer electronics product development
Salary : $80 - $100
