Location: 100% onsite at Pittsburgh, PA
Full-Time with L&T Technology Services (LTTS).
Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PKI Security Engineer with strong expertise in public key infrastructure and cryptographic technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with certificate management, hardware security modules, and modern authentication architectures, along with a solid foundation in scripting and automation.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of PKI concepts: CA, RA, CRL, OCSP, trust chains
- Proficiency with certificate standards (X.509, SSL/TLS)
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, SHA‑256, AES)
- Hands-on experience with HSMs (SafeNet, Entrust, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux security and certificate stores
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Solid grasp of network security and protocols
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based PKI services (AWS ACM, Azure Key Vault, Azure PKI)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration
- Exposure to Zero Trust and strong authentication architectures
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or PKI-specific credentials
