Qualifications:

Experience in social media management with demonstrated video production skills

Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky and Twitter

• Knowledge of platform algorithms, optimal posting strategies, and content formats

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Working knowledge of social media management platforms (Meltwater, Sprout Social, etc.)

• Excellent storytelling abilities through visual media

• Strong copywriting skills for captions and scripts

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Adaptability to quickly changing trends and platform updates

• Portfolio demonstrating successful video content and social media campaigns

• Experience with photography and photo editing

• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices

Responsibilities:

Social Media Specialist (Video Focus)

We're seeking a creative and tactical Social Media Specialist to develop Client Client's social media strategy and elevate our presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines social media expertise with hands-on video creation abilities to produce engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Collaborate with Digital Strategy and Corporate Communications teams and other business areas to develop both long-term social media strategies as well as current content and campaign plans

• Identify compelling stories and campaigns plus content that engages the public

• Write social media posts that drive traffic to the Bank's public website and invite engagement on our various platforms

• Monitor performance of social media generally plus individual posts and campaigns and develop periodic performance reports

• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules

Content Creation & Video Production

• Work cross-functionally with all Communications functions to use video and other photography to tell stories

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

• Edit raw footage into polished, on-message content using industry-standard software

• Stay current with video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices
