Product Lead – AI Platform

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of an enterprise AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, and Business, driving reusable platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable AI applications and workflow automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics.
Define reusable AI platform capabilities, workflow automation, integrations, and self-service experiences.
Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders to identify high-value platform investments.
Use product telemetry, user research, and adoption metrics to prioritize roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and extensible platform capabilities.
Drive platform adoption, communication, and rollout across engineering and business teams.
Required Qualifications
8 years of Product Management experience.
Experience building Developer Platforms, Cloud Platforms, AI Platforms, API Platforms, or Data Platforms.
Strong understanding of software engineering and platform architecture.
Knowledge of AI technologies including Agents, LLMs, workflow automation, evaluation, latency, cost, and quality trade-offs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
