Job Title: VPP Technology Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Local candidates only; onsite as required)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $40/hr to 49/hr

Job Summary:

• Seeking a VPP Technology Analyst to support the Voluntary Protection Products (VPP) Domain.
• This role is responsible for technology operations, production support, project administration, case management, Jira backlog management, workflow monitoring, system enhancements, and operational process improvements.
• The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technology operations, managing projects, and working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technology operations, production support, and operational workflows.
• Track, investigate, and resolve cases while partnering with Application Management Support (AMS).
• Monitor workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend operational improvements.
• Gather business requirements, write user stories, and manage Jira backlogs.
• Support system enhancements, testing, configuration, and business process improvements.
• Configure product, pricing, and plan changes within business systems.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and training documentation.
• Support invoice processing, payment exceptions, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• 5–7 years of experience in technology operations, field support, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing/workflow management tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technology products, business processes, and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting projects, case management, incident management, and operational improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio (Tableau is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
• Experience with system configuration, user story creation, backlog grooming, and UAT/testing.
• Exposure to StoneEagle Admin, RouteOne, SGI, or similar platforms is a plus.
