Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join a North America Talent Acquisition team supporting a global cloud computing organization. This role is critical in building strong technical talent pipelines to support rapid business growth, with a focus on sourcing high-caliber candidates in cloud technologies and engineering roles.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future technical hiring needs

• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates, focusing on cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and related technical roles

• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and other platforms to identify and engage passive candidates

• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through personalized messaging and follow-ups

• Pre-screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, technical fit, and interest before advancing in the hiring process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing trackers

• Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve pipeline quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within fast-paced or global technology environments

• Strong understanding of technical roles and market trends, with experience sourcing for cloud technology talent highly preferred

• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut, or similar

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves engaging with candidates and stakeholders across North America

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role requires regular collaboration with global teams and communication with Mandarin-speaking candidates

• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
