Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000/year (USD)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance the end-to-end recruitment function with a strong focus on supporting the Americas market. This role is initially execution-heavy, requiring hands-on recruiting while also building long-term talent acquisition capabilities, employer branding initiatives, and scalable hiring processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic stakeholder management, and experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs across the Americas, including sourcing channels, hiring plans, and recruitment timelines
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, driving performance, efficiency, and professional development
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including requisition approvals, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide regular hiring updates and strategic guidance
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, systems, and workflows using recruitment data and metrics
• Monitor recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to improve hiring outcomes
• Manage recruitment budgets and optimize hiring costs without compromising talent quality
• Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives through events, campaigns, and candidate engagement activities
• Collaborate with global teams, including teams based in China, to align recruitment strategies and improve cross-regional hiring processes
• Stay informed on market trends, talent landscapes, and recruitment best practices to refine hiring strategies and maintain competitiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment leadership
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and leading end-to-end hiring functions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition best practices
• Experience using recruitment systems, tools, and data-driven metrics to improve hiring performance and decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise senior leadership teams
• Experience building scalable talent acquisition infrastructure while balancing hands-on recruiting responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt within a high-growth environment
• Experience collaborating with global teams and navigating cross-cultural business environments required to support international recruitment alignment
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings across multiple time zones
• Retail industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multi-country recruitment initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico is preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required to collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners across the Americas
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to support communication with Spanish-speaking candidates and business partners across regional markets
