About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Store Director to lead our New Jersey retail location. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, driving sales excellence, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of managing diverse teams, optimizing inventory, and implementing retail strategies that align with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory monitoring, and strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, provide hands-on training, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Sales & Performance: Drive store sales performance by implementing retail strategies and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, proactively addressing customer concerns to ensure overall satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and oversee retail loss prevention strategies and practices to protect company assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Store Management or a similar leadership role within a retail environment.
- Strong track record in Customer Service with a demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in organizational tasks with sharp attention to detail.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention best practices.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is considered a significant plus.
