POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Account Executive develops and sustains long-term business partnerships with existing and prospective wholesalers, supermarket retailers and restaurant operators. This field sales role focuses on boosting market penetration across new and existing accounts, providing purchasing consultation to partners, and conducting regular on-site visits to restaurants and supply vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Identify potential business clients, evaluate market prospects and tap new sales opportunities within the territory.
2. Develop new client partnerships and maintain long-term cooperation with restaurants, supply vendors, wholesale distributors, supermarket chains and referral partners; convert restaurant operators to purchase our food product lines.
3. Expand product SKU penetration within supermarkets, wholesalers and distribution partners; collaborate with clients to mitigate out-of-stock risks in retail markets.
4. Launch new product lines and expand SKU assortment in restaurant locations, providing full operational and supply support for partners.
5. Compile sales data, conduct data analysis and generate standardized periodic sales reports.
6. Deliver ongoing account support, market insights and business guidance to clients; continuously research and propose new growth opportunities for partners.
7. Attend regional sales exhibitions, trade fairs and industry networking events; follow up with all sales leads generated from industry activities.
8. Conduct product training for clients via on-site presentations, free sample distribution, one-on-one consultations and product brochures to drive brand promotion.
9. Complete all other ad-hoc sales tasks assigned by sales leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), capable of fluent reading, writing and verbal communication in both languages.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related majors required.
3. Minimum 1 year sales or marketing working experience within the food industry; equivalent combined education and professional experience is acceptable.
4. Strong cross-person communication and data analysis capabilities.
5. Prior consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales experience is preferred.
6. Skilled operation of Microsoft Office suite required.
7. Capable of independent work as well as cross-department team collaboration to hit regional sales KPIs.
8. Able to identify market challenges, conduct data collection & analysis, apply sales strategies, verify market facts and deliver actionable business conclusions.
9. Hold a valid personal driver’s license with active auto insurance (field travel requirement).
10. Excellent written, verbal communication and product presentation skills.
