Job Title: Recruiter (Mandarin and English)

Position Type: Permanent Full-time

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000/year (USD)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and partner closely with business leaders to support hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and the ability to independently drive recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence.
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in either an in-house or agency environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for roles within technology, consumer electronics, e-commerce, supply chain, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. labor market, talent landscape, and hiring practices.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the successful candidate will collaborate directly with global teams and HQ.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Interview Process:

• The interview process consists of approximately 3-4 rounds.
• Candidates will be required to complete an online assessment before proceeding to the official interview process.
• The assessment may evaluate workplace use of AI/tools, corporate culture fit, problem-solving abilities, and role-related competencies.
