Strong preference for local to San Francisco and ability to be in office on a hybrid schedule given the high level of coordination with Executive IT, Places, and other onsite partners. Willing to review candidates near an Client office outside of SFO if they can effectively manage the role.
Top 3 Responsibilities
Coordinate new employee experiences: Support the logistics and operations of new employee onboarding sessions, development programs and other engagements.
Metric & KPI Management: Build, define, lead, and continuously improve key support metrics and KPIs to turn data into product and operational upgrades.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Strategy: Work with regional/global counterparts to support new employee success; including IT and comms team partnership, content strategy, etc.
Mandatory Requirements
● Project/Program Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in program operations, program management, or business process improvement.
● Educational background: Bachelor's
● Expertise in best support practices and ability to manage high-impact initiatives
● Strong working knowledge of gSuite and Zoom
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Strong data management and analytical skills; able to build and maintain tracking dashboards or databases
● Comfort operating independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
