We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Growth Product Manager / Senior Growth Product Manager to join a rapidly growing Series A scale up who have raised $100m from world leading investors
Location: New York – Office based 5 days / week (not negotiable)
Salary: $220-270k Equity
The Growth Product Manager / Senior Growth Product Manager will own the growth funnel from first website visit through to qualified sales conversation. This is a high energy, work hard environment that will require a commitment to the role that is second to none.
The Growth Product Manager / Senior Growth Product Manager will:
- Own and optimise the end-to-end acquisition, signup, trial, activation and conversion funnel
- Create a seamless self-service product journey that helps potential customers understand the value of the platform
- Use data and customer insights to increase product engagement, activation & conversion
- Identify potential buyers and help transition them to the sales team
The Growth Product Manager / Senior Growth Product Manager must have:
- 5 years of experience across growth product management, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Experience owning a signup, trial, activation or conversion funnel
- Experience using product analytics / tracking tools
- Experience with product-led growth / product-led sales
- Fintech, HR tech. Accounting, ERP or compliance-heavy SaaS experience is a plus
- High growth scale up experience
Salary : $220,000 - $270,000
