Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in mechanical assembly, with some previous experience in leading teams.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret complex mechanical assemblies
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, air tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, train, and manage a team to meet production targets.
