We are currently seeking highly motived individuals to fill the Warehouse Inventory Lead role at our food manufacturing facility.
Location: 90 Stemmers Lane Westampton, NJ 08090
Refrigerated Warehouse- (-9º - 42º Fahrenheit)
Schedule: Mid Shift (Weekends Required)
Pay: Starting $19.00-$24.00 Hourly (Base on Experience)
The Inventory lead oversees the general inventory counting and consumption operations to ensure that proper inventory levels are maintained, through thorough checking and documentation of all inventoried items inside the facility. The Inventory Lead must be able to interact across inter-departmental boundaries in a professional, proactive manner, avoiding conflicts and exemplifying a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and control processes
- Coordinate and lead a team of inventory associates
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
- Utilize data collection and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Manage order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Knowledge of sourcing, retail management, financial modeling, warehouse. management, forklift operation, shipping/receiving, or distribution center operations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
