We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Operations Administrative Coordinator role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. The Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office and operations functions through front desk administration, visitor management, and general administrative support. This role also provides operational support by assisting production audits and training compliance related to general safety and food safety compliance.
What will you be doing:
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner
- Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk organization and office supplies
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Support scheduling and meeting coordination as needed
Operations Support
- Assist with employee timecard review and corrections
- Help employees with password reset requests and basic system support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support communication between departments and team members
Training & Compliance
- Lead and coordinate group training sessions for employees
- Assist with onboarding and orientation activities
- Support production floor audits related to:
- General safety compliance
- Food safety standards
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) adherence
- Help track corrective actions and audit documentation
Who you are and why you're right for us:
- High school diploma or equivalent prefered
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups during training sessions
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or operations environments preferred but not required
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems or safety compliance is a plus
