What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Developer position at Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC.?
CNO Developer
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build mission software that supports real operations in fast-moving environments where adaptability matters. In this role, you will work as a general-purpose CNO Developer supporting a dynamic mission set, designing, prototyping, modifying, and integrating solutions that deliver tactical value. You will work directly with operators and analysts to build tools that fit their workflow and help move the mission forward.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to own the full lifecycle of mission software, from requirement gathering and scope definition through prototype, release, and sustainment. The work is hands-on and collaborative, with direct access to end users and room to move quickly when mission needs shift. You will augment existing toolsets, build new ones, and work closely with operators, analysts, and other CNO Developers to deliver solutions that function in real mission environments.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your impact is immediate. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another development role. It is a chance to build mission tools that matter from day one.
