Task Manager - DoD Program Location: Tysons, VA Clearance: Active Secret Status: Exempt Compensation: This is a proposal opportunity, compensation details are being determined About the Role IntelliDyne is seeking a Task Manager to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client by coordinating daily operations across PMO, asset management, configuration management, and quality assurance. This role oversees contract performance, coordinates with the KO/CO, manages daily operations, ensures compliance with all requirements, ensures tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with DoD standards. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day task execution and deliverables for multiple departments: PMO, Asset, Configuration and Quality
- Support PMO operations, reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- Oversee asset tracking, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management
- Maintain configuration baselines, change control, and documentation
- Implement and monitor quality processes, audits, and corrective actions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for task status and coordination Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- 10 years supporting DoD or federal programs
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business or related field
- Experience in PMO, asset management, configuration management, or QA
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-coordination skills
- Experience with DoD processes, logistics, or IT programs
