Senior Network Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Clearance: Secret Status: Exempt Compensation: This is a proposal opportunity, compensation details are being determined About This Role IntelliDyne is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to maintain our client's network environment. Regional POC for Pacific operations; resolve network issues; lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting; ensure compliance with DoD standards; manage security and performance; coordinate with multiple agencies. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure
- Perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical
- Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements
- Maintain and support production environments
- Write scripts and procedures for daily operations
- Provide WAN/LAN/MAN support for multi-vendor environments, connectivity and configuration management, soft/firmware management
- Provide VoIP support, including network configuration, QoS and CoS classifications
- Provide remote access support for load balancing infrastructure
- Develop secure network solutions Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant networking/systems experience
- Active CISSP and CCNP certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in networking, systems engineering or similar field
- Active Secret clearance
- Expertise in Windows networks, Cisco systems, Orion SolarWinds
- Experience with DoD healthcare information systems
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures
