Responsibilities
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
- Collaborate with SMEs and change management teams to translate complex topics into learning materials.
- Design and develop clear, concise, and high-impact training materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, and presentations.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Qualifications
- Experience with GIS and the ESRI Utility Network (UN) is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership techniques.
- Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Basic knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
- Corporate training delivery experience.
- 3 years related experience required.
Job Type & Salary
Full Time / Hybrid with the ability to commute to our client site in Westwood, MA up to 50% of the time, mainly during high training times.
Salary Range - $85,000 - $95,000
