Intellectus is recruiting bilingual individuals interested in working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, weeknights and / or weekends to support our government client.
The positions are primarily seasonal, August through December being the prime, and can fluctuate based on client's needs.
The opportunity is a great source of supplemental income that can work around your primary scheduled day and be available year after year.
Intellectus also recruits personnel experienced in various languages. The current need is, but not limited to, multiple dialects of Spanish.
The *Document Processor *processes, stores, manages and tracks documents. Process and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures, and they archive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. The position also may translate foreign language(s) into English when necessary.
*Requirements*
Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly organized and process-oriented. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and in their second language.
Must have excellent listening skills, and be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.
Must have knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, grammar, and history.
Must be US Citizens and be able to successfully obtain a Department of Homeland Security Public Trust (moderate) background check.
Must be at least 18-years old to apply for this position
High School Graduate with college experience preferred.
